I’m Jenna N. Finley, I'm a strategist, systems thinker, and founder of Value Our Voices Consulting.

I help organizations close the gap between what they say and how they operate. ​

Each principle reflects a commitment to truth telling, restoration, and cultural clarity for leaders and organizations navigating change.

We partner with leaders to clarify direction, examine systems, and ensure their mission shows up in how they operate. 

Vision clarifies direction before decisions are made.  

Opportunity

  We identify structural barriers, process breakdowns, and cultural blind spots that limit performance and trust. Then we recommend practical changes that strengthen clarity and cohesion. 

Opportunity grows when systems are built to support the people they serve.

Voice

 We help organizations examine how communication flows, how decisions are made, and whether leadership voice matches operational reality. 

Voice, when reflected in structure, builds trust. 

This framework is brought to life through my T.R.U.T.H. Model, where organizations are guided through honest assessment, aligned action and sustained accountability.
